PTSD Resolution

PTSD Resolution is a charity that helps armed forces personnel, reservists and their families who are going through mental health difficulties because of trauma suffered during service, to reintegrate into normal work and family life.

As one of a nationwide network of 200 therapists, I am honoured to help enable veterans, reservists and family members to resolve the mental health difficulties associated with military trauma, that obstruct a normal range of family and work relationships.

Resolution therapy is brief, involving a series of one-hour sessions conducted on an out-patient basis to relieve veterans of what can be disabling and disturbing symptoms. A single course of therapy is generally all that is required.

The programme is complementary to the work of other services’ charities, in that it resolves the mental health issues that are barriers to successful reintegration and settlement into a good life.
